Managing Partner and Co-Founder

As Managing Partner and co-founder of Elixir Health Public Relations, I work with clients to develop impactful public relations (PR) campaigns that support measurable operational goals, and to create integration across marketing and communications disciplines as well as regions.

My experience and passion is working in the specialty pharmaceutical and biotechnology space, and I have extensive experience across corporate and brand reputation campaigns, including competitive positioning, pre-market and launch, product and lifecycle management, issues management and product/franchise/corporate visibility. Key clients have included Boehringer Ingelheim, Eli Lilly, Eisai, Genentech, Novartis, Pfizer and Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Before starting Elixir Health Public Relations, I was President of Rx Mosaic Health, a public relations agency within the Omnicom group of companies. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing client relationships, strategic planning for agency clients and for the operations and management of the agency. I previously held positions at leading global public relations agencies, including Weber Shandwick, Ruder Finn, CPR (now ToGoRun, a Fleishman-Hillard company) and Zeno Group (a Daniel J. Edelman company).

Before focusing solely on healthcare, I worked on multiple award-winning, high-profile reputation management campaigns for Monsanto, the Government of Hong Kong, Northrop Grumman’s stealth bomber, Governor Gray Davis’ bond plan to help resolve the California energy crisis and a pro-bono campaign to stop the commercialization of Governor’s Island.

Whether within the financial community, patient community or the public at large, one of my key areas of expertise is leveraging both traditional and emerging communications channels in a compliant manner. I have served on a team of senior-level, cross-discipline marketing executives to ensure the healthcare industry has a share of voice surrounding the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) social media guidelines for regulated healthcare products. I have also served as a judge/juror across industry award programs, most recently 2016 Cannes Lions Awards.

I graduated from the University of Maryland with a major in journalism and a minor in marketing.
